The $30 Million Grants Allocation
A total of $30M has been allocated to Grants and other funding mechanisms over the next 3 years. These programs aim to support and fund innovative projects within the BlockDAG ecosystem. Our goal is to empower developers to create applications on the BlockDAG chain, accelerating the growth and adoption of decentralized technologies. Through these programs, we strive to cultivate a dynamic community of developers and innovators by providing them with the necessary resources and support for success.
Prospective projects go through a thorough application process where they will be assessed according to the criteria specific to that grant program.
Grant amounts will differ from program to program, but normally range from $10,000 to $100,000. Grant payments are staggered based on agreed milestones, and are paid out 50% in USDT & 50% in the native BDAG token.
2025: $10m Grant Program
This first grant program strategically prioritizes key areas critical to the ecosystem's sustainable growth, including:
